Requirements 要求

• 延迟小于 30 毫秒，除非没有更好的节点网络可用。
• 必须有ROA认证
• 不与中国大陆节点进行互联

如有特殊要求，请在互联前进行联系

• Latency less than 30 ms, unless no better network of nodes is available.
• Must have ROA authentication
• Cannot connect with Mainland China nodes.
